then Wielyn say maybe add two dolls beside the birthday cake and a toy boat on the water,

so this is the second look

my idea is two little girl celebrating birthday at the seaside and bring their doll along.

ssf (2) copy.jpg

Wielyn request to put a note at the side

ssf (3) copy.jpg

ssf (17) copy.jpg

at first i was planing to do a clear and see thru sea water, but i agak salah put to much colour when i do the sea.... so i got green sea water..

(the hair beside are my dog's..)

ssf (18) copy.jpg

some wave..

ssf (19) copy.jpg

ssf (20) copy.jpg

ssf (21) copy.jpg

the makings

ssf (22) copy.jpg ssf (23) copy.jpg

i got these from Desaru... can;t remember when.... | A block to form the base

ssf (24) copy.jpg ssf (25) copy.jpg

a layer of white glue | then a layer of paper clay to form the higher terrain

leave a corner of lower terrain for the sea bed

ssf (26) copy.jpg ssf (27) copy.jpg

after the clay is dried and harden. apply another layer of white glue then the sand. cover the whole thing

ssf (28) copy.jpg ssf (29) copy.jpg

left: at the sea corner i use plastic to do a "wall"(pic can;t show coz its transparent)

right : this is wat i use, Epoxy.. A tube and B tube, u gotta mix them up then they will get harden but still remain the thickness.. not like normal glue which contains mostly water will dry out and get flattten when it's dried.

ssf (30) copy.jpg ssf (31) copy.jpg

equal portion of A & B. and the colour u want, at first i only add in blue, but it turn too blue then i add green -.-

so this is what i got

ssf (32) copy.jpg ssf (33) copy.jpg

ok , done mixing then pour it onto the place u want.

ssf (34) copy.jpg ssf (35) copy.jpg

then use tooth picks to adjust, blend a bit.

ssf (36) copy.jpg ssf (37) copy.jpg

agak agak like this lah

this Epoxy thing wont dry so soon so u can slowly do nicely .

it wil slowly gets harden after 3-5 hours, but fully harden will need 24hours.

ok, after i get harden a bit, a little like jelly thingy, use tooth pick to draw the wave .

then let it dry. make sure no worm or ants or fly kacau it. or else u will hav a giant fly on ur sea water.

tata~~done! but need to trim a little at the edge.

ssf (38) copy.jpg ssf (39) copy.jpg

ssf (40) copy.jpg ssf (41) copy.jpg

left : the thickness.. haiz.... too much colour...cant do see thru water d..

right : ok, use uhu draw around the sea water, dip the glue up and down to let the air gets in the glue then will have the bubble and wave effect.
